By visiting our site and/ or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

Any additional products or services or added thereafter will also be subject these Terms of Service.  We have the right to update, change or replace any part of the terms without notification. It is your responsibility to check the site for changes and prior to ordering.

Changes to services and prices
We reserve the right to amend our prices and information at any point without notice. We will not be held liable for any modification or discontinuation of the services.
In the instance, that information contains errors in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors including after order submission.

Fraud
TressArtistry is enabled with anti-fraud and security protection. If  any suspected fraudulent activity or a unusual pattern of returns or buying activity  is suspected  we reserve the right to ban such persons accounts from our site and purchasing from our business.

Quality and assurance:
Please note that hair maintenance is your responsibility. We ship off all our bundles freshly washed and conditioned. Raw hair requires consistent and extra care which includes regular conditioning, washing and treatments as well as using good quality light weight products to ensure longevity and desired style outcomes.  We are not accountable in situations where hair has been damaged due to improper maintenance, aftercare and damage caused by incorrect use of tools and hair care products. Once orders have been completed, we are unable to amend or cancel orders.’

Disclaimer:
We apologise if you are not satisfied with your purchase, however, due to the product types, we have a no refund and no returns policy. If you have received the wrong product, missing any product or have any concerns. please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your item(s). TressArtistry@outlook.com
* in circumstance where returns are agreed please note that the item(s) must be in its original packaging, unused and untampered with. Returns will always be reviewed before a final decision is made.
* As COVID persists, please understand that there may be some delays on orders. Our hair is sourced and shipped from Vietnam, Please bare this in mind before placing an order. 

Pre-orders
* Once you place your pre-order please note that there is a processing time of up to 16 days this applies to all orders,

Normal orders:
When we have hair available on hand, please allow 2-4 working days for processing. This will be disclosed prior to your payment.

* Colour Disclaimer - As our hair is 100% natural and unprocessed, it cannot be guaranteed that all bundles and lace closures and frontals will be identical in shade or texture but we will try our best to send matching bundles and lace systems.
* Please be advised that our natural bodywave isn’t the standard processed bodywave texture, expect natural looking wavy hair. Be advised that our straight hair will have a natural slight wave to it. As it is in it's raw form please do not expect bone straight hair or processed straight hair. Please check our Instagram page for a better look at our textures.
* Please ensure your shipping and billing address are the same. We will not be able to ship the goods anywhere else. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes either.
* Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is flagged as a risk. (We use this additional time to help ensure the security of your payment information.) We may require proof of identification for the billing information received. You will be contacted if necessary.
* TressArtistry will not be held responsible or liable for items misplaced, lost or damaged by third parties.
