What is Raw hair ?

Raw hair is 100% unprocessed hair collected from 1 donor. The hair is directly cut from a donor and immediately wrapped into a bundle in order to keep all cuticles intact and in the same direction.

It is the highest quality hair in the world. Our 100% Raw deluxe human hair can be bleached and coloured. 

Our hair remains soft, shiny, full and dureable even after bleaching and colouring. 

About our hair.

We currently supply Raw Vietnamese hair.

All our closures and lace frontals are currently made out of HDLace.

Our lace systems are hand made by our vendor in Vietnam and goes through rigorous quality checks.

How much hair do I need for a full head?  

The amount of bundles you need will be dependent on your desired look. For a full head we recommend 3 bundles for lengths 18 inches and up.

If you’re after a bob or a short hairstyle we would recommend 16 inches and below, using 2 bundles and a closure/frontal. 

If you’re going over 28 inches we’d recommend 4-5 bundles if you are after a full look. 

How to care for your raw hair.

 

Looking after your Raw hair is essential to ensure longevity of your hair as well as to maintain its natural sheen, lustre and movement.

Before washing your hair, make sure to comb/brush out the hair, ensuring all tangles are out before proceeding to apply water. 

We’d advise you to wash  your wigs and bundles at least every two weeks, if worn regularly. 

After thoroughly shampooing your hair apply a moisturising conditioner, depending on how long you have we’d recommend leaving the conditioner in for a few minutes before you wash it out. 

Air drying your units and bundles is always the best option, however when blow drying and styling your hair make sure to use heat protectant and a light weight oil serum. 

 

When can I expect my unit ?

Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery for all bundles and lace system purchases. 

Allow 2-4 weeks for all wig orders unless stated otherwise.

Ready to ship-

UK: Please allow 2-4 working days. Orders are shipped with special delivery appease allow 1-2 working days for delivery.

Custom wigs have a processing time of 2-4 weeks . Allow a further 1-3 working days for delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, the courier is liable for ensuring that you receive your order within the timescales detailed above.

EU orders:

Once processed, 

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery 

International – US, Canada - allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

All orders will be shipped via DHL express. Please note, we are not liable for any custom fees, the recipient will have to cover these.

Custom units have a processing time of 2-4 weeks, please allow another 1-3 working days for delivery.

if we incur any delays due to shipment issues from our supplier, you will be notfied via email.

Once your order has been shipped, the courier is liable for ensuring that you receive your order within the timescales provided above. We are not liable for any theft of loss during transit, however we will be able to assist in tracking and locating your order where possible.Refunds

We apologise if you are unsatisfied  with your purchase and we wiill happily assist and rectify any issues. 

However we only accept returns for bundles, closures/frontals  that have not been unravelled, used or tampered with, in regards to wigs, all wigs are non refundable and final sale. We will work quickly and effectively to deal with any issues surrounding the wigs construction or fit.

If you receive your wig and would like any adjustments made or something is wrong with the fit, you will have 14 days to notify us so that we can make any adjustments needed. This will be dependent on situation.

Warranty  

We offer no warranty; if you damage your frontal,closures, bundles or wigs due to improper use or styling, we are not liable and will not offer you a refund or exchange.
